The different type of Yoga classes we offer are:

Corporate classes: Series of stretches and flow that can be done from your chair and desk, or in the corporate gym.

Ageless Chair Yoga: Great for seniors that has difficulty to get to the floor and get up by themselves. This yoga stretching is done from the chair and using the chair for extra support.

Gentle Yoga: Sequences of easy postures, great for beginners who are growing their practice and want to spend a little more time on the foundation to build their practice from the ground up.

Yin Yoga: A passive restorative experience focus on postures to gently stretch your body holding the postures for 3-5 minutes each.

SlowBurn Yoga: This class is a slow flow where you will hold the poses for a little longer and feel the burn as you build the muscle and inner strength.

Vinyasa Yoga: A smooth flow of postures where each movement is synchronized to the breath.

Kids Yoga (Yogalicious): A fun and exciting class where the kids practice yoga postures to build strength, coordination, flexibility and confidence. It is also incorporated breathing excercises (pranayama), and meditation
